Subaru Wipers Only Work On High. My 2011 outback has been fine and recently i noticed that wiper is working and not working (pausing for a min and back working) on intermittent mode. The wipers on my 2020 outback touring xt are suddenly malfunctioning. I don't have a wiring diagram to look at but if the only setting that kind of works is high, i might suspect the combination switch itself is toast. I'm assuming that the wiper. If i switch from low to intermittent they'll just completely stop in. Wipers only activate when highest speed selected; My wipers are only working on the full and fast settings they will not go on when i splash washer on the windshield or intermittent i have replaced the whole motor and assembly. I noticed the last time it rained and i needed my wipers on high, they were slower than the regular speed. My wipers work on low and high but won't budge on intermittent. My wipers which have the delay on them and the rear wiper control also on the stick are only working on high.
